The Project originally started as a small, craft-based furniture manufacturing company specializing in custom designs. The entire workflow was managed manually through simple contact forms on the website. This created significant bottlenecks, including time-consuming communications, frequent errors, and delays. These challenges limited the company's capacity to process orders effectively and expand its operations.

The company collaborates closely with architects, designers, and suppliers, employing a small team of approximately 10 people to deliver unique, bespoke furniture solutions. With increasing demand for its products, the need for a streamlined, automated platform became apparent to sustain growth and simplify workflows.

Our cooperation began after a conference in Dubai, where our regional representative met company owners. With the business functioning at just 20% of its potential, company set out to drive its growth and unlock full operational capacity.
